Security<\/span>)<\/span> our primary objective is to conduct national and international security research, providing analysis to support decision-making.<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 20px; text-align: left; letter-spacing: -0.27px;\">On our agenda we include Africa, Latin America, Syria, Afghanistan, Israel, Chechnya, among others, providing security and intelligence on ongoing conflicts and terrorism.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 20px; text-align: left; letter-spacing: -0.27px;\">We propose improvements to international security, defense and counterterrorism policies; we also offer solutions for incident management in complex environments, conflict resolution and psycho-criminological contributions regarding the criminal capacity of the actors involved.<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 20px; text-align: left; letter-spacing: -0.27px;\">To that end we study variables such as demographic factors, historical background and politics, among other aspects, to understand the course of 400;\"><strong>A-Gloss<\/strong> (<strong>Agency of Global Security<\/strong>) is an organization with nonpartisan, nonideological researcher members. Its objective is the analysis and understanding of conflicts through comprehensive and accessible research and analysis. The research of <strong>A-Gloss<\/strong> will be made available to the general public, academics and industry professionals, members of law enforcement agencies, military personnel, and anyone who wishes to access it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The research methodology of <strong>A-Gloss<\/strong> is based on primary and secondary sources, all those that allow a holistic view of the situation and field under investigation. The methodology guarantees a commitment to improving strategic capacity regarding criminal and terrorist behaviors.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data will be collected and conflict trends will be analyzed in specific countries by evaluating security and the socio-political situation to implement appropriate criminological strategies and policies. It should be taken into account that, given the variability of risk factors and the social, geographic, and demographic context under study, explanations about the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">why<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of behaviors vary. It is strictly nonpartisan and nonideological. Research is conducted with neutrality and objectivity to avoid bias, so these are unbiased investigations. At no time do the research members advocate for a specific ideology or legislation; they only analyze what exists. The goal is not to promote political ideologies or legislative interests.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Integrity<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The research members of <strong>A-Gloss<\/strong> operate under strict integrity, reporting and teaching about the actual facts across the various domains covered by their research projects -criminological, psychological, penitentiary, terrorism and intelligence-.
